  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate standard shipping within the U.S. and Europe. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Express/Overnight Shipping: For overnight delivery, we offer express shipping at an additional cost. Orders are processed within 6-12 hours and delivered within 1 business day.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs regulations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped or is about to be shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
  • Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.

Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping or extra fees may apply.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 10 days of purchase for items that are unopened and in their original condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@rchealer.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
